This video explainer looks at how the shift to online instruction across Qatar’s Education City has affected students as classes continue online through the end of the semester.
Through student experiences, survey findings, and expert insight from Dr. Mahnaz Mousavi, Counseling Psychologist at Georgetown University in Qatar, the story explores how technostress shows up in students’ daily lives and why being digitally skilled does not always mean being protected from digital stress.
The video also looks at what students can do to manage the pressure of online learning.
